For members
Every membership comes with it. It has your answers, your ranking and the published terms behind it, so you can ask why a program placed where it did instead of working it out from a table. It is not a general-purpose chatbot, and the sections below are the specifics rather than the pitch.
What it knows
There is no general knowledge behind the answers. Every reply is built from the material below, and where that material is silent the advisor says so rather than filling the gap.
The flying profile you gave the questionnaire — hours a year, a typical flight, how many legs, your cabin preference, any ceiling on what you commit up front, and what you said matters most.
The placings, the per-concern scores, the weights your priorities produced, and the statuses recorded on the day it ran.
The same sourced program records the program pages are built from, read fresh rather than from the ranking's snapshot.
Recent turns, so a follow-up does not need you to restate the question.
Your ranking reflects the terms as they stood on the day it ran. Providers change deposits, minimums, peak days and expiry rules whenever they like. When what a provider publishes today differs from what your ranking recorded, the advisor tells you which is which instead of quietly presenting one as the other.
Beyond our records
Our records cover published program terms. For anything outside them — reputation, news, a question our data does not reach — the advisor can run one web search per answer. When it uses what it finds, it names the source. When a search returns nothing useful it says so, rather than presenting what it half-remembers as research.
What it will not do
These are enforced on our side, not left to the model's discretion, and a reply that breaks one is rejected before it reaches you.
If a term is not published, you get the question to put to the provider instead of an estimate. Nothing is filled in to make an answer look complete.
No program is described as best, cheapest, safest or guaranteed. Comparisons state the recorded numbers and the scores behind them and let you draw the conclusion.
Ask whether you should and it will walk you through what your own priorities and the recorded scores say, then hand you the questions only you or the provider can answer. This is decision support, not advice.
It will not name or allude to them, and it will not go to them for an answer.
It declines anything outside your programs in a sentence and offers to get back to them. It is not a general assistant.
The practical limits
You can send up to 50 messages a day. It resets at midnight UTC, and from your 40th message the advisor tells you how many you have left, so the ceiling is never a surprise mid-question. For a buyer working through a shortlist that is a long sitting, and the limit exists so one conversation cannot run up a bill that every member pays for.
Conversations are saved. You can reopen any of them from your account page and carry on where you stopped, and they stay saved if your membership lapses — they reopen when it resumes.
Getting to it
Answer the questionnaire and the advisor is there alongside your results. It is part of a membership at $199 a year, along with the ranking itself, the reasoning behind each placing and the questions for your shortlist, ordered by your priorities.
