What we collect
If you answer the questionnaire we store the answers you gave — hours, regions, cabin preference, budget, and the priorities you ranked — together with the ranking we returned. That record is how we can show you what we showed you, and it is how we audit a result.
If you sign in we store your email address and a session. We hold no password. Sign-in links are sent to the address you give us. If you designate a chosen program we also store whether you want email when that program’s published terms change.
If you subscribe we will store the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe issues, so we can tell whether your access is current. We will not store a full card number.
What we use it for
To produce a ranking, to keep you signed in, to honour a subscription, and to investigate a result that looks wrong. Subscribers with a chosen program receive email when its published terms change. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link. We do not sell the answers you gave, and we do not use them to market a jet card on a provider’s behalf.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for a passport, a date of birth, a payment card, or a passenger list. The questionnaire is a mission profile, not a booking.
How long we keep it
A recommendation record is kept so a later dispute can be answered from what we actually showed, not from a reconstruction. Session cookies expire. You can ask us to delete an account by writing to the address on this page; we will keep only what we are required to keep for a payment dispute.
Processors
Hosting and the database sit with Vercel and Neon. Authentication sessions are in the same database. Stripe processes the payment. Sign-in links are sent by Resend. Program-update emails are sent by Resend the same way. When a paid ranking is narrated, Anthropic receives the questionnaire answers and the established facts for that run — not your email or payment details. When a shared rate limit is configured, Upstash Redis stores a short-lived count keyed on the address the platform forwarded. When error monitoring is configured, Sentry receives crash reports. Those reports do not include your email, payment details, or questionnaire answers. Guides and their images are hosted by Sanity. When you read one, your browser loads images from Sanity’s image service, which receives your IP address. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, as described below. It does not receive your email, payment details, or questionnaire answers.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device type, approximate location. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*. We don’t use it for advertising. We also set two small cookies of our own: jcc_preview (site preview access) and jcc_first_touch (the first page you visited, kept with your account if you sign up). You can block cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Embedded videos
Some aircraft and program pages include a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube (a Google service) receives your IP address and browser details and may set cookies under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not receive that information.
